REFUND, RETURN AND/OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Die Right Tee’s will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:

- Â The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
- Â The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- Â The product does not match the sample or our description; and
- Â You can present your receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.
Â
Returns must be made within 60 days of notification of the product being shipped.
Â
Die Right Tee’s does not provide returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please consult our size guide for size selection. Please select your products carefully.

Die Right Tee’s may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.  Die Right Tee’s reserves the right not to offer an exchange voucher, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.Â

Claims for compensation or reasonable expenses incurred in returning your purchase, together with supporting evidence, should be addressed to Die Right Tee’s Customer Service team using the ‘Contact us’ option on Die Right Tee’s website (www.dierighttees.com).

Consumer GuaranteesÂ

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may be entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the failure does not amount to a major failure.Â

When returning a product, you will be asked for information that is relevant to your return, or to satisfy legislative requirements. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return.Â
Â
When returning a product, with adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorisation of the return transaction. If you do not have adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide a photo or other suitable identification containing your full name, signature and expiration date, so that your name and identity can be verified. Â Information collected will be securely stored for a reasonable period of time.Â

This policy does not override Die Right Tee’s statutory obligations under the Australian consumer guarantees.Â

Die Right Tee’s reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.Â

Proof of PurchaseÂ
Â
Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:Â
Â
- The Die Right Tee’s online tax invoice/receipt.Â
- Online proof of purchase can also include Paypal statements etc., but it must be clear that it is a Die Right Tee’s purchase;
- Â Financial statements such as a credit card statement or a bank statement (however, when the proof of purchase does not clearly itemise the goods, more than one type of proof of purchase may be required).

Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method (including the same card or device as a purchase). However, if the original payment method cannot be verified due to a different digital platform, then you will be asked for proof of identity.
